Local Outreach

Welcome to the Northshore Baptist Church Local Outreach blog. In this blog we will provide opportunities for sharing the love of Christ in our surrounding communities of Bothell, Kirkland, Kenmore and Woodinville. We’ll also share stories about the impact upon people’s lives that God is causing through our service.

Opportunities that may be posted will include working at local schools, parks, homes of individuals and many other locations. These helps include assisting the elderly with weeding or doing yard work that they could not otherwise do, filling in at schools where budget cuts have created holes, working with at risk families, cleaning up local parks, etc. We get to be the church in our community and play a vital role in the lives and organizations around us.

Check often to find out ways you can get involved in our local community. Look for ways that you can invest in those around you and if you find needs that require more than you can provide, email them to Tim Burke, timb@nsb.org or Brenda Berry, brendab@nsb.org to post them on the blog and give other people the opportunity to come alongside and help.

We as Christians are called to a mission and this means making outreach a part of our day-to-day lives. What can you do in your life to live more missionally?
